
Physician, Bilingual Spanish – Virtual Urgent Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.
• Deliver exceptional care to patients in a virtual environment.
• Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team for patients with complex needs.
• Manage follow-ups on lab results, imaging, and ensure effective communication with patients and other healthcare providers.
• Utilize tools for virtual assessments, including remote home monitoring devices, virtual physical exams, and point-of-care diagnostics.
• Engage in a collaborative care framework alongside registered nurses, medical assistants, primary care physicians, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisors.
• Attend mandatory meetings related to patient care, including huddles, case discussions, and regular service line All Hands sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing operational workflows and product features.
• Adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient urgent care or emergency department settings.
• At least 2 years of experience in providing virtual care/telemedicine.
• Must hold active licenses in both Tennessee and Florida through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
• Openness to obtain licenses in additional states with support from the licensing vendor.
• Compact license from the IMLCC or qualification for a compact license.
• Possession of a full, unrestricted medical license in a state participating in the Compact if eligible for a compact license.
