Delivery Manager, SAP B1 – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the SAP Business One delivery team.

• Enhance practice performance by overseeing utilization, revenue, gross margin, delivery targets, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop delivery plans and growth strategies.

• Manage forecasting, margin planning, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

• Oversee delivery execution from project kickoff to completion.

• Monitor scope, budgets, change requests, approvals, risks, and customer commitments.

• Align skills, availability, customer requirements, project priorities, and business objectives.

• Offer direction, coaching, feedback, practical problem-solving, and promote continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with HR, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to foster team engagement, delivery excellence, and business success.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in delivery management, consulting leadership, professional services, or a similar field.

• Proven ability to coach teams, enhance engagement, and boost delivery performance.

• Strong commercial awareness regarding utilization, revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.

• Experience in ERP delivery, preferably with SAP Business One.

• Valued experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, or NetSuite.

• Excellent project discipline, communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Bilingual in French and English is a valuable asset.

• An MBA or formal business education is an added advantage.
