Intake Specialist, Bilingual English-Arabic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Analyze emails and chats to identify new leads, setup requests, audits, and other needs.

• Maintain organization of contracts, termination letters, images, and other documents in Dropbox.

• Manage incoming calls from clients and potential leads.

• Redirect calls to the relevant team member.

• Establish Filevine projects for new clients and requested tools.

• Document comments, observations, and updates diligently.

• Review and register new contracts within Filevine.

• Follow up on assigned leads and ensure lead quality is maintained.

• Engage with potential clients by asking insightful questions, completing sign-ins, or escalating calls as necessary.

• Conduct new-client intake and transfer cases to the Pre-Litigation department.

• Dispatch submission emails to the Pre-Litigation department.

• Facilitate clinic referrals based on the client's location.

• Contribute to stand-up meetings, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.

• Finalize contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual in both English and Arabic.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in remote sales or intake is required.

• A background in sales is necessary.

• Experience in personal injury is an advantage.

• Must possess a personal PC or laptop.

• A wired connection to a modem is recommended.

• A headset with noise-canceling features is required.

• A quiet workspace is essential.

• Responsible for managing local taxes.

• Availability for weekend and evening shifts in US time zones is necessary.
