Bilingual Fraud Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Interact with RBC clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms to provide an exceptional client experience and assist in safeguarding clients.

• Inform and guide clients on immediate security requirements and offer customized solutions to avert fraud losses.

• Address issues at the first point of contact in a courteous and supportive manner.

• Foster relationships with partners to operate cohesively as one RBC.

• Contribute to team achievements by aiding colleagues in fulfilling client needs.

• Mitigate risks by following compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect the interests of clients and shareholders.

• Must fulfill the technological and confidentiality prerequisites of the position, including a private and quiet environment and reliable Internet access.

• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven capability to establish rapport while effectively assessing and identifying solutions to minimize risk and safeguard clients.

• Aimed at creating outstanding client experiences with a genuine passion and curiosity to assist clients in addressing their needs and concerns.

• Full availability for shifts from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to midnight; the department operates 24/7.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory.

• Experience in a team-oriented and metrics-driven performance setting is a plus.

• Previous employment in a contact/call center or a fast-paced financial and/or service sector is advantageous.
