Is the headshot generator free?

What makes a good photo to upload?
Face the camera in even light, with both eyes visible and nothing across your face. One person in the frame, shoulders up. A phone photo by a window is plenty. You crop it to a square before it is uploaded, so you choose the framing.
Will it change how I look?
It is not allowed to. Every run carries the same instructions: keep the face, the skin tone, the weight, the age, the hair, the glasses and any head covering exactly as they are, and keep real skin texture rather than smoothing it. What changes is the backdrop, the lighting and the crop.
Who else can see my photos?
Nobody, until you use one. The selfie and the headshot are stored on Remotery and shown only to you in the studio. Delete a headshot and both files are removed. What you do with it after that is yours: download it, or set it as your profile photo in one click.
Can I try more than one look?
