The pipeline

Six columns tell the whole story

Every card lives in exactly one column. Drag it forward as things move, and the board becomes the honest picture of your search.

The card under the cursor is being dragged. That is the entire workflow: when something changes in real life, move the card.

On every card

More than a list of links

A card carries everything you know about the role, and the rest of Remotery works from what the board says.

The card remembers what you know

Rate a role one to five stars and keep up to 5,000 characters of notes on it. Both stay with the card through every column, from the day you save it to the day you sign.

Recruiter is Ana. Panel is design systems heavy, bring the component library story. They ship from main.

Track roles from anywhere

Found something on a company site or in a newsletter? Add it by hand with the role, the company, the apply link, and the salary, and it becomes a card like any other.

The rest of the toolkit reads it

The career coach opens every chat knowing your five newest saved and applied roles, and the cover letter generator writes from a job you pick straight off the board.

Is the application tracker free?
Yes. The board comes with a free Remotery account, alongside fit scores, the resume builder, cover letters, interview practice, and the career coach. No credit card.
What are the columns?
Six, in the order a search actually runs: Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Negotiation, Hired, and Rejected. A card lives in exactly one column, and you drag it forward as things move. Each column shows its count, and you can clear one in a click.
Can I track jobs I found somewhere else?
Yes. Add any role by hand with the position, the company, an apply link, the location, the type, and the salary. It becomes a card like any other, and you can edit it later as you learn more.
Do my notes survive when a card changes column?
Yes. The star rating and up to 5,000 characters of notes are stored against the job itself, not the column, so nothing is lost when Saved becomes Applied or Applied becomes an interview.
Where does the fit number on a card come from?
It is your AI fit score for that job, out of 100, scored against your profile and resume. The same number appears on the job board’s listings and in your matches, so the tracker shows it too.
