Part-Time Physician, Bilingual Spanish – Virtual Urgent Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional care to patients in a virtual environment.

• Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leaders on intricate patient cases.

• Follow up on laboratory results and imaging, ensuring effective communication with patients and other healthcare providers.

• Utilize tools for virtual examinations, including remote home monitoring devices, virtual physical assessments, and point-of-care diagnostics.

• Engage in a collaborative care model with registered nurses, medical assistants, primary care physicians (PCPs), behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisors.

• Attend necessary patient-care meetings, such as huddles, case review sessions, and service-line All Hands meetings.

• Provide constructive feedback to enhance operational workflows and product functionalities.

• Adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in outpatient urgent care or emergency department settings.

• At least 2 years of experience in delivering virtual care or telemedicine services.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English.

• Candidates must possess active licenses in both Tennessee and Florida through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).

• Openness to obtaining licensure in additional states with the employer's support.

• Compact license from IMLCC or eligibility for a compact license by holding a full, unrestricted medical license in a member state of the Compact.
