Bilingual Advanced Practice Provider – Virtual Urgent Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver medical care remotely through phone and messaging.

• Provide patient care in accordance with Oscar Medical Group's protocols, practices, and policies.

• Emphasize efficient and high-quality care delivery.

• Ensure patients have access to virtual urgent care services.

• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and other providers across various service lines, including primary care and health assessments.

• Innovate diagnosis, treatment, and virtual follow-up for members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a degree from an accredited program.

• Board Certification (Nurse Practitioner: ANCC, PA: Physician Assistant-Certified).

• Bilingual in Spanish; must possess the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.

• Must pass a verbal and written fluency assessment successfully.

• Current full practice licensure in at least three of the following states: FL, TX, OH, NJ, or GA, active at the time of application.

• Capability to obtain licensure in additional states with employer support.

• Over 3 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency room, or outpatient family medicine.

• More than 2 years of experience in telehealth.
