Mutual Funds Representative, Bilingual – English, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Primarily assist customers in the inbound call queue at the BMO Investment Centre

• Foster trust and cultivate meaningful relationships with customers

• Provide an exceptional customer experience

• Identify customer needs and offer wealth and investment-related sales and services to BMO customers or prospects

• Guide customers through the onboarding process for new accounts

• Execute transactions related to Mutual Funds and Term investments

• Assess customers’ goals and objectives

• Ensure customers are appropriately matched with suitable investment products and services

• Carry out sales and service tasks in line with approved procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant professional experience

• Completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC)

• Strong knowledge and understanding of competitive marketplace trends and product offerings

• Some familiarity with industry regulations and standards

• Outstanding communication, organizational, time management, and listening abilities

• Proficient verbal and written language skills in both French and English

• Bilingual in French and English

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
