This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of daily finance operations from start to finish while directly reporting to the CEO.
• Execute payments for US contractors, US direct employees, and vendors bi-monthly.
• Manage the financial aspects of Deel, which includes reviewing charges, monitoring tax communications, submitting tickets, and escalating issues as necessary.
• Handle international contractor payments and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes via Deel.
• Daily review of Ramp card charges, ensuring accurate coding for accounts, departments, subsidiaries, and tax purposes.
• Set up and configure corporate cards within Ramp and NetSuite.
• Create monthly card allocation files and track expenditures against set limits.
• Update Ramp's banking information on a monthly basis.
• Weekly monitoring of payment statuses and follow-up on any outstanding charges.
• Monthly reconciliation of Stripe against the books and verification of Stripe payouts with bank records.
• Oversee the billing Slack channel for billing requests and transaction processing needs.
• Analyze travel budgets and costs, approving charges and employee allocations while flagging any overcharges or personal expenses.
• Prepare the Anthropic cost allocation journal entry.
• Conduct monthly revaluation of open balances across all entities.
• Reconcile revenue with Stripe and confirm VAT reporting accuracy.
• Assist with month-end closing processes in NetSuite, ensuring correct department, account, entity, and tax coding.
• Compile end-of-month reports and perform detailed client revenue reconciliations and analyses using NetSuite and Excel.
• Collaborate on a daily basis with the CEO, leadership team, and the bookkeeper based in Israel.
• Utilize Claude and other AI tools for drafting, analyzing, cross-checking, expediting, and automating finance workflows.
• Develop and enhance prompts, lightweight scripts, and automations.
• Review and validate AI output while maintaining accountability for its accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA certification is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations roles, preferably supporting US-based or multinational companies.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Ramp, Stripe, and Deel is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of multi-entity, multi-currency (USD / ILS) accounting, including journal entries, revaluation, and reconciliations.
• Demonstrated practical experience with AI or automation is required.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, especially concerning US-based and multi-entity financial operations.
• Experience in the SaaS industry is highly desirable, particularly with subscription-based business models and revenue structures.
• Advanced skills in Excel are preferred.
• Familiarity with Chase and experience in handling US banking transactions are beneficial.
• Highly tech-savvy, quick to learn, and detail-oriented with numbers.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
