Business Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analyze financial, customer, and market data

• Generate well-founded recommendations for action

• Conduct market and potential analyses

• Identify opportunities, risks, and areas for growth

• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management

• Collaborate with local management teams and key stakeholders

• Implement and enhance company-wide standards and processes

• Coordinate cross-border projects

• Ensure a consistent data foundation

• Support the implementation and usage of controlling tools

• Further develop management instruments and KPIs

• Optimize processes and enhance data quality

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling, finance, or economics, or an equivalent qualification

• Initial professional experience in controlling, finance, or a similar field is advantageous; motivated career starters are also encouraged to apply

• Basic experience with Power Query

• Familiarity with large datasets (Big Data)

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

• Confident in using PowerPoint and Outlook

• Excellent written and spoken German

• Good written and spoken English

• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

• Ability to work effectively within intercultural teams

• Independent and entrepreneurial approach to work

• Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with complex new topics
