Dispatcher Bilingüe – Experiencia en CSR o Logística

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assign routes and coordinate deliveries based on operational availability.

• Monitor the progress of routes in real-time.

• Maintain constant communication with drivers and internal teams.

• Resolve incidents and make operational adjustments as necessary.

• Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and other departments to ensure successful deliveries.

• Update records, reports, and operational information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced English level B2.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dispatcher roles or transportation coordination, logistics, operations, or as a Customer Service Representative (BPO).

• Full availability and flexible schedule to work from Monday to Sunday between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

• Strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and process tracking.

• Basic secondary education.

• Proficient in English.

• Experience in customer service.
