Bilingual Homecare Manager, Spanish, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee, guide, and provide daily assistance to the homecare team.

• Organize team activities and ensure the seamless operation of daily tasks.

• Offer direction, support, and guidance to team members for optimal performance.

• Foster clear communication and collaboration within the bilingual team.

• Act as the primary contact for team-related issues and operational inquiries.

• Monitor team operations, identify challenges, and assist in prompt resolutions.

• Encourage accountability, teamwork, and effective communication among team members.

• Assist management with team coordination and other operational duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the US homecare industry.

• Previous roles in team leadership, supervision, or management within a homecare agency.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities and navigate operational challenges efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a bilingual environment.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
