This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist small businesses in realizing their ambitions by offering financial solutions and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Serve as a vital member of a dynamic and adaptable team, supporting leadership initiatives.

• Cultivate robust active listening abilities and a deep understanding of business banking.

• Collaborate with both internal and external business groups to identify the best solutions for clients.

• Engage in probing discussions to assess customer needs and deliver Business Banking sales, service, and advice to current BMO clients or potential customers.

• Guide clients on Business Banking strategies and products, including credit card options.

• Execute sales and service tasks in line with established protocols.

• Recognize and refer clients to other business groups as necessary.

• Address customer inquiries in a knowledgeable, professional, and efficient manner.

• Refer complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate BMO colleague.

• Complete required activities and transactional outcomes post-calls to ensure accurate processing of customer requests.

• Stay updated on business banking and credit card products and processes.

• Uphold confidentiality of customer and Bank information while complying with regulatory and compliance standards.

• Engage clients in comprehensive needs-based discussions to identify Business Banking requirements and recommend financial solutions, such as commercial deposit accounts, cash management options, small business lending, small business credit cards, merchant service solutions, and payroll services.


⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Personal and Small Business Banking Products.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and proactively establishing personal connections.

• Experience in Contact Center and Banking (Preferred).

• Strong organizational skills.

• Willingness to engage in continuous learning, listening, problem-solving, and creatively adapting to new challenges.

• Effective collaboration with internal partners and team members.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

• Bilingualism in French and English is required.

• Proficiency in both French and English.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English to assist non-French speaking clients, employees, and/or partners both inside and outside the province of Quebec.
