Bilingual Virtual Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver inbound and outbound non-promotional product and disease-state educational assistance to designated customers.

• Provide proactive medication adherence support to patients and/or their caregivers, which may include evening and weekend hours.

• Gather demographic information and outcomes for reimbursement services and literature distribution.

• Uphold quality and customer service standards while adhering to program talking points or call scripts.

• Utilize only the approved materials supplied by Inizio or the client.

• Complete all mandatory training courses and competency evaluations.

• Build and enhance relationships with key customers.

• Facilitate services across various healthcare sectors.

• Explore innovative strategies to cultivate partnership opportunities.

• Handle administrative tasks, including updating computer records, preparing activity reports, managing emails, and tracking time.

• Participate in required local and national meetings or conferences.

• Maintain company equipment and materials.

• Adhere to company and client policies and procedures.

• Perform additional duties as requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active US healthcare professional license: RN.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

• Bachelor's degree/BSN is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Gastroenterology or Hepatology is preferred.

• Knowledge of liver disease progression is essential.

• Understanding of fibrosis staging and cirrhosis risk is necessary.

• Effective and professional communication skills are required.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities with a friendly telephone demeanor and clear speaking voice.

• Proficiency with call center telephone technology.

• Strong organizational skills are demonstrable.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High personal motivation and a self-starter attitude are essential.
