Bilingual Condo Project Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high file quality.

• Gather and verify documentation necessary for the analysis of condo projects.

• Liaise with condo reviewers, loan officers, Homeowners Associations, agencies, and other professional services.

• Acquire condo questionnaires, insurance verifications, project budgets, and litigation details related to projects.

• Assess and analyze project questionnaires, budgets, and insurance policies.

• Compile project packages and confirm documentation prior to project review.

• Prepare project approval summaries for any missing documentation.

• Submit fully documented files to underwriters for their approval or denial.

• Engage directly with customers to request any missing loan documentation.

• Complete necessary project submission checklists.

• Manage the pipeline while adhering to established turn times.

• Record loan application communications in the Loan Origination System (LOS).

• Support closing, secondary, and servicing teams with unresolved suspense items.

• Undertake additional duties as required.

• Be flexible with working hours and overtime as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• At least 5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing is essential.

• Strong math and analytical skills are necessary.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Exceptional prioritization and time management skills are critical.

• Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and Windows is needed.

• Bilingual capability is a requirement for this position and role.
