Bilingual Virtual Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver inbound or outbound non-promotional disease-state education and/or support to designated customers as instructed by the client company.

• Offer therapy education and assistance.

• Gather, verify, and input demographic data into the specified CRM for program enrollment and documentation.

• Maintain high-quality standards and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to call guides, talking points, and FAQs.

• Utilize only the approved materials supplied by Inizio or the client.

• Participate in and successfully complete necessary training, courses, and competency evaluations.

• Fulfill required administrative duties by program and company deadlines, including computer updates, emails, and time reporting.

• Attend local and national program meetings and/or conferences as required and feasible.

• Comply with company and client policies, procedures, and training requirements.

• Perform additional reasonable tasks as requested.

• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality in a remote environment, including compliance monitoring.

• Return and maintain company equipment and materials following company guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid U.S. healthcare professional license (RN, RT).

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Associate degree/Bachelor’s/BSN or equivalent work experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory disease state or a related field is preferred.

• Commitment to regularly enhance professional knowledge.

• Familiarity with call center telephone technology is preferred.

• Strong and professional communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a pleasant telephone demeanor.

• Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to multitask while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.

• Commitment to process excellence and proactive problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, client-specific applications, and database systems.

• Capability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption or disconnection.

• Ability to protect patient privacy and confidentiality in a remote setting in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Competence to return and maintain company equipment and materials as per company instructions.
