Bilingual Troubleshooting Support – Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls within the call center environment.

• Generate and handle ticket requests, ensuring accurate documentation of tasks completed.

• Offer remote troubleshooting for customer Building Automation Systems and Facilities.

• Deliver telephone support while suggesting troubleshooting methods utilizing various Energy Management System (EMS) interfaces.

• Coordinate on-site third-party personnel who assist with the technical troubleshooting process.

• Analyze and interpret data from heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and lighting systems.

• Oversee installations to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Compile reports containing recommendations aimed at enhancing energy usage, asset efficiency, and effective troubleshooting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available to work during nights, weekdays, or weekends, averaging 8 hours per shift, typically from 8pm to 4am.

• Capable of providing customer support 24/7, throughout the year as a member of the Operations Control Center team.

• Proficiency in native Spanish and advanced English (C1 level).

• Access to a reliable power supply.

• Possess a wired high-speed internet connection.

• Maintain a distraction-free environment suitable for remote work.

• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in high-pressure situations.

• Effective communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.

• A collaborative approach to teamwork.

• Active student status or a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering field is preferable.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Keen interest in learning new systems and technologies.
