Bilingual Telehealth Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial screening consultations for member enrollment in accordance with Twin guidelines.

• Leverage the Twin Platform to make informed medication management decisions and issue prescriptions for medication adjustments.

• Monitor key symptoms within the Twin member population and provide consultation on follow-up for critical symptoms as necessary.

• Oversee the management of the Twin member population by Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

• Maintain regular availability for consultations and collaboration with APPs concerning the management of the Twin member population.

• Occasionally address member voicemails from individuals who may have further inquiries about Twin Health or prior authorizations for ongoing medication usage.

• Offer constructive feedback related to the enhancement of new technology and protocols aimed at improving patient care and outcomes, as Twin's clinical tools are developed in-house through collaboration between clinical and product teams.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.

• At least 2-3 years of clinical practice experience.

• Active CA state license along with multiple state licenses or ILMC Compact preferred.

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on clinician-patient interactions.

• Availability to be on-call one week each quarter.

• Openness to learning new technology platforms (with training provided).

• Willingness to conduct interactive video-based consultations as needed and deliver care remotely.

• Capability to collaborate closely with Advanced Practitioners, including Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), while providing clinical oversight.

• A strong passion for transforming the management and treatment of chronic diseases.

• This remote position is available to individuals based in the US.
