This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Execute essential lending operations processes, encompassing loan administration and servicing tasks.
• Carry out payments, transactions, service requests, administrative duties, and process fulfillment in accordance with service-level agreements.
• Collect and format data into both regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the execution and maintenance of change management activities.
• Organize work information while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage service requests, transactions, and queries efficiently.
• Distribute, collect, and archive documentation and information systematically.
• Provide problem-solving assistance to junior staff members.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and requests with accuracy and expertise.
• Adhere to policies, processes, and procedures while meeting service-level agreements.
• Review, reconcile, data-enter, and verify loan information and documentation.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate discrepancies and issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate loan records and documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and systems.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and operational risks.
• Contribute to the development of tools and facilitate training delivery.
• Manage complex tasks and escalations, analyze issues, and determine subsequent steps.
• Apply BMO’s Risk Management Framework and adhere to relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
• Typically possess 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• A post-secondary degree in a related field of study is desirable, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity and experience with relevant systems and technology.
• Understanding of the business unit’s key products, services, processes, and controls.
• Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Specialized knowledge in relevant areas.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
• Capability to support clients and team members both inside and/or outside Quebec.
