Bilingual Call Agent, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer service assistance to individuals.

• Connect individuals to emergency shelter and available resources.

• Provide remote support to customers using various systems.

• Achieve 100% attendance during orientation and training sessions.

• Exhibit computer specifications and internet setup during the interview process.

• Provide screenshots confirming Windows 11, internet speed, RAM, and a wired Ethernet connection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in call centers or customer service roles.

• Prior experience in remote work is advantageous.

• Proficient with technology and capable of navigating multiple systems.

• Must have open availability, including weekends.

• Attendance at orientation and training must be 100%, with no exceptions.

• Must have a Windows 11-based PC; Macs and Chromebooks are not permitted.

• Dual monitor setup required.

• Recent-generation Intel i5, i7, or i9 processor, or AMD Ryzen 5, 7, or 9 processor is necessary.

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM, with at least 12 GB usable.

• CPU utilization must remain at 50% or lower.

• A computer with an Ethernet (RJ-45) port is mandatory.

• Wired Ethernet internet connection is required; Wi-Fi is not permitted.

• Minimum download speed of 20 Mbps is required.

• Minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps is necessary.

• A ping of 20 ms or less is required.

• Applicants must join the interview from the designated computer for the position, with camera on and screen-sharing capability enabled.

• Availability 24/7 and compliance with all equipment requirements is necessary.

• Applicants must reside in Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Utah, or Michigan.
