Bilingual Medical Caller – Primary Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to primary care patients to arrange annual physicals and routine checkups.

• Establish a positive connection with patients over the phone.

• Reconnect with no-show patients, confirm their upcoming appointments, and promote regular preventive care.

• Utilize call management systems to manage daily outbound activities while ensuring call quality is upheld.

• Schedule appointments, update patient information, and record call outcomes in the electronic health record system.

• Facilitate scheduling across various specialties to enhance comprehensive patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume outbound calls, telemarketing, or patient scheduling outreach.

• Friendly, warm, energetic, and highly articulate on the phone with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Bilingual in both English and Spanish.

• Familiarity with VOIP phone systems and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.

• Strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up skills, and dependable attendance.

• This is a full-time contractor role requiring 40 hours per week.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST.
