This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China, +2 more countries.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for client communications via calls, emails, and social media, offering professional Mandarin-English bilingual assistance.
β’ Assess inquiries, determine client requirements, arrange consultations, and assist prospective clients through the intake procedure.
β’ Establish rapport with clients, follow up on inquiries, and aid in converting leads into retained clients while achieving monthly sales and consultation objectives.
β’ Oversee calendars, inboxes, communications, and deadlines, providing daily operational support to the management team.
β’ Keep accurate and current client records using CRM systems, including tracking interactions, follow-ups, and intake progress.
β’ Interact professionally with clients, business partners, and third parties.
β’ Work collaboratively with attorneys and team members to ensure effective communication, streamlined workflows, and high client satisfaction.
β’ Engage in a potential short video assessment to simulate a role-specific scenario during the application process.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, administrative support, or a similar field (required).
β’ Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken (required).
β’ Previous experience with a U.S.-based law firm, ideally with a focus on immigration law (highly preferred).
β’ Knowledge of CRM software, virtual communication tools, and scheduling applications.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email management systems, and virtual collaboration tools.
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
β’ A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
β’ Familiarity with communication platforms such as RedNote, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
β’ A bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
