This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a fast-paced influx of incoming calls from Medcor customers within a call center setting.
• Efficiently and accurately document each call.
• Track and monitor individual and call center objectives, productivity metrics, and statistics.
• Record all shift activities using the phone system while adhering to personal schedule requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both Medcor’s clients and employees.
• Conduct thorough assessments of symptoms and/or concerns utilizing Medcor’s triage algorithms.
• Adhere to HIPAA compliance regulations.
• Undergo three weeks of classroom training followed by three weeks of hands-on precepting.
• Commit to permanent shifts between 12:00 PM and 2:00 AM post-training.
• Engage in rotation for every other weekend and holidays.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Possess a valid RN license.
• Hold a current BLS (CPR) certification.
• Capable of managing a high volume of consecutive calls.
• Strong technical skills are essential.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret triage tools and related information, along with care instructions.
• Must be able to talk and/or hear; sit and utilize hands.
• Close vision required for computer tasks and written work, with the capability to adjust focus.
• Able to work on a computer for extended periods.
• Private home workspace with four walls and a door to ensure patient confidentiality.
• Access to high-speed internet (no satellite) at the primary residence.
• Willingness to accept and implement feedback.
• Availability to work during major U.S. holiday rotations.
• Able to work every other weekend.
• Must complete six weeks of training successfully.
• Previous call center experience is an advantage.
• Experience in occupational health is a plus.
