Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct compassionate and comprehensive client intake interviews in both English and Spanish.

• Assess case viability in accordance with the firm's criteria and facilitate new case enrollments.

• Promptly initiate new legal and insurance claims.

• Accurately file initial notices and necessary documentation.

• Request, monitor, and follow up on medical records, bills, and treatment documentation.

• Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates, addressing questions, and nurturing client relationships.

• Oversee daily administrative tasks, update client files, track deadlines, and keep organized digital records.

• Accurately log client interactions, notes, and documentation in Filevine and other non-EMR tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a US-based Personal Injury law firm in an intake or case management role.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with outstanding communication skills and a caring phone demeanor.

• Strong preference for hands-on experience with Filevine.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (EMR/EHR) and RingCentral phone systems is preferred.

• Proficient in Dropbox, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office/Outlook, and Monday.com.

• Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

• High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, robust multitasking capabilities, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

• A reliable internet connection, power/internet backup solutions, and a quiet, professional home workspace are required.
