This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver administrative support across the Patient Support Program through cross-coverage.
• Handle safety data processing, fulfillments/reviews, communications, field staff assistance, reporting, data cleanup, scheduling meetings, managing filing systems, and performing general administrative tasks.
• Accurately enter and process program data within database systems.
• Oversee incoming faxes and email correspondence.
• Manage email, telephone, fax, incoming mail, and outgoing mail communications.
• Prepare and dispatch program letters and materials.
• Order office supplies and oversee inventory management.
• Report Adverse Events and Severe Adverse Events in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Complete timesheets, expenses, mileage reports, and CRM report validation within specified timelines.
• Review program documentation to ensure completeness and consistency.
• Execute additional administrative responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
• Provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
• Completion of Grade 12 education supplemented by 2 years of community college, secretarial training, and/or equivalent work experience in office administration services.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential.
• Previous experience with Patient Support Programs is considered an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication, listening, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in accurate data entry into both paper and electronic formats.
• Ability to learn rapidly, adapt, and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High level of proficiency with information technology, the Microsoft Office suite, telecommunication systems, and databases.
• Competent typing skills and capability in utilizing various computer-based applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.
