Bilingual Customer Experts – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

• Handle both incoming and outgoing customer communications

• Utilize web-based tools to address customer inquiries

• Manage customer questions, issues, and concerns

• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and/or social media

• Resolve and de-escalate customer problems

• Escalate interactions when deemed necessary and appropriate

• Address assistance requests and/or process payments

• Monitor call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

• Provide insights on call-related issues

• Achieve set sales targets

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service

• Minimum of 6 months in sales experience

• Must be over 18 years of age

• Capable of typing at least 25 words per minute

• High School Graduate or possess a GED

• Comfortable using a desktop computer system

• Preferred 6 months of call center experience

• Proficient in using Windows operating systems

• Ability to work independently

• Maintain composure and objectivity

• Excellent negotiating abilities

• Customer-service oriented and capable of adhering to established procedures

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support departments

• Exceptional communication, listening, and analytical skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing well under pressure

• Open to feedback, evolving policies, and structured schedules with varied shifts

• Sharp critical thinking skills

• Dedicated workspace near a router for a hardwired Ethernet connection

• Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload and ISP latency under 50ms

• Internet connection must not be satellite, mobile data/hotspots, P2P, or VPN

• Proof of internet speed is required
