Bilingual Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, Spanish-Speaking, PhD / PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults who speak Spanish through virtual sessions.

• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, considering patients' linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate autonomously while collaborating within a team-based care environment.

• Handle documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and AI-assisted documentation tools.

• Engage in routine paid case consultations.

• Deliver care through Medicare-covered therapy, with the support of care navigators and healthcare advocates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Active, independent license to practice psychology in California.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish, capable of conducting complete therapy sessions in Spanish.

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous.

• Availability for a minimum of 15 weekly therapy sessions.

• Must be able to work on a 1099 or W2 basis based on the schedule.

• Resume submission is required.

• Mental health license type and number must be provided.

• Information on states of licensure is required.
