Bilingual Client Experience Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls for clients’ businesses from a remote location.

• Capture leads, process orders, schedule appointments, and communicate messages to clients.

• Manage standard answering, Active Response outbound calls, live chat, relay calls, appointment scheduling, and legal intake calls.

• Complete training for each type of call.

• Uphold standards of quality, accuracy, readiness percentage, and after-call work-time performance.

• Engage in 2 weeks of paid training.

• Handle live calls with ongoing support during 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development.

• Maintain a steady, fast-paced schedule with consecutive calls.

• Select weekly shifts based on performance tier and business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Position is exclusively available to residents physically located and working in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.

• Strong computer proficiency.

• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.

• Friendly and positive demeanor with a genuine passion for assisting people.

• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

• Dependability and punctuality for every scheduled shift.

• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn new call types and tools.

• Computer and internet connection must meet system and internet specifications before starting employment.

• Successful candidates receiving a conditional offer must pass a background check.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including at least 8 hours every Friday and Saturday during the initial 8–12 weeks after training.

• Full availability for 40 hours per week during the 2-week training and 8–12-week Learning & Development period.

• Capability to work within the scheduling window of 5:00 am to 8:00 pm Pacific Time.
