Associate Manager, Localization Production – Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance localization production workflows for both print and digital learning products.

• Manage the production readiness and delivery of localized PDFs, ePubs, and Canvas course content through automated XML publishing workflows.

• Address intricate production, formatting, and rendering challenges.

• Create, test, and implement enhancements to publishing automation and workflows.

• Conduct regression testing after any changes to systems or workflows.

• Act as the primary point of escalation for complex localization production challenges.

• Offer advanced guidance and mentorship to Content Production Specialists.

• Collaborate with Content Technology partners to drive cross-system enhancements.

• Apply and uphold accessibility and usability standards across localized print and digital materials.

• Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices related to localization production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience directly managing localization production workflows.

• Practical experience in producing localized learning content, including PDFs, eBooks, or LMS content—not limited to localization project management.

• Familiarity with XML-based publishing systems and production tools like InDesign, Typefi, or LMS content styling and configuration.

• Experience in troubleshooting production challenges within publishing workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on enhancing operational processes.

• Experience working collaboratively across Production, Editorial, and Technology teams.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
