Experienced Spanish Interpreter – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Deliver precise consecutive interpretation mainly in medical environments.

• Provide interpretation services for social services, customer care, and financial sectors.

• Uphold total impartiality and confidentiality at all times.

• Begin with Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and have a clear path to Video Remote Interpretation (VRI).

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–12+ months of experience in remote medical interpretation.

• C1 level proficiency in English (EF SET 4-Skill, TOEFL, or CAE).

• ALTA (9+) or LanguageStat/PICSI (75%–80%+) certification obtained within the last year (preferred).

• Mastery of medical and customer service terminology.

• HIPAA & FWA certification required (or willingness to obtain).

• Clean background check is necessary.

• Hardwired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi is not acceptable).

• USB noise-canceling headset is required.

• Windows 10 or higher with a minimum of 4GB RAM.

• A private, quiet workspace is essential.
