Spanish Interpreter, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Deliver precise consecutive interpretation mainly in medical environments.

• Provide interpretation services for social services, customer care, and financial clients.

• Uphold complete neutrality and confidentiality at all times.

• Begin with Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and have a direct route to Video Remote Interpretation (VRI).

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–12+ months of experience in remote medical interpretation.

• C1 English proficiency level (EF SET 4-Skill, TOEFL, or CAE).

• ALTA (9+) or LanguageStat/PICSI (75%–80%+) certifications obtained within the past 12 months (preferred).

• Mastery of medical and customer service terminology.

• Certified in HIPAA & FWA or willing to pursue certification.

• Clean background verification required.

• Hardwired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi allowed).

• USB noise-canceling headset required.

• Windows 10+ with a minimum of 4GB RAM necessary.

• Must have a private, quiet workspace.
