Supervisor Bilingüe Portugués – Nativo, C1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead Call Center operations focused on commercial campaigns.

• Implement and oversee strategies for the optimal development of the operation.

• Supervise the performance of the team in accordance with established objectives.

• Ensure compliance with operational metrics.

• Provide exceptional service to end customers.

• Interact with clients in Brazil.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical degree, Technologist, or Professional qualification.

• At least 1 year of experience in the role of Operations Supervisor in a Call Center, particularly in commercial campaigns.

• Advanced (C1) or Native Portuguese is essential for interacting with clients in Brazil.

• Must reside in Bogotá or Medellín.

• Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

• Willingness to work on holidays.
