This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee designated provider accounts within a specific region or territory to enhance access
• Inform healthcare providers and office personnel about access services and reimbursement solutions according to manufacturer business rules and the BlinkRx platform
• Deliver compliant, consultative education on BlinkRx access solutions and prior authorizations
• Educate providers and their staff on BlinkRx services and advantages to assist patients in starting and continuing prescribed medication therapy
• Verify benefits and expand provider utilization of BlinkRx
• Conduct proactive outbound communication to provider offices via phone
• Recognize and act on growth opportunities, positioning access solutions for both new and existing patients
• Maintain account discussions and relationships within an assigned territory
• Manage regular interactions, track engagement, and ensure service continuity
• Act as the primary point of contact for prescription or patient inquiries
• Foster relationships with practices and offices to eliminate access barriers
• Develop customized profiles for provider preferences concerning prior authorization support and status updates
• Assist the Brand Field team with inquiries from healthcare providers and about BlinkRx
• Introduce partner field representatives to the BlinkRx platform
• Supply approved communications to healthcare providers regarding patient status
• Proficient in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) to effectively assist Spanish-speaking clients
• Experience in pharmacy sales, healthcare account management, or outbound sales within a healthcare/pharma environment is highly preferred
• Knowledge of prescription workflows across provider offices and pharmacy channels
• Solution-focused mindset with robust analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to establish and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external clients
• Comfort with outbound calling and the ability to introduce products or services while advancing conversations
• Willingness to travel as business needs require, including internal training sessions, industry conferences, and occasional in-person healthcare provider visits
• Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
• Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Must maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate impeccable judgment
• Ability to handle several tasks concurrently
• Experience with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and softphone systems is advantageous
