This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Validate vehicle condition data derived from inspection reports and pinpoint any potential inconsistencies.
• Examine and settle customer arbitration claims as an impartial technical expert.
• Clearly articulate the technical bases for resolutions to customers.
• Inform customers and internal teams about vehicle conditions, repair processes, and reconditioning expectations.
• Convert issues reported by customers into mechanical, cosmetic, or title-related technical evaluations.
• Address disputes related to vehicle registration, liens, and odometer readings.
• Employ analytics to discern trends and opportunities that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Mediate conflicts and negotiate terms for repairs or pricing.
• Partner with inspection and quality control teams.
• Provide constructive feedback and effectively manage policy and goodwill losses.
• Remain updated on arbitration policies, best practices, and pertinent legislation across Canadian provinces.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in the automotive sector, such as Service Technician, Service Advisor, Damage Estimator, or Body Shop roles.
• Must be available to work in the EST Time Zone from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication capabilities.
• A positive demeanor, outstanding follow-up abilities, basic computer skills, and a strong dedication to teamwork.
• Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Adept in the use of CRM software.
• Capacity to assess a process and propose or develop enhancements.
• Familiarity with Google Suite applications and Slack.
