This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Drive revenue growth by pursuing expansion opportunities within key strategic customer accounts.
• Identify and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Strengthen customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions.
• Enhance and retain strategic customers to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Proactively recognize opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning them with additional products or services.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders to build trust and ensure long-term retention.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of customer accounts, including strategic initiatives, organizational structure, decision-making processes, and budgeting practices.
• Develop strategic account plans that outline goals for expansion and renewal.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to execute customized solutions and expansion deals.
• Monitor account performance and the expansion pipeline; report on sales forecasts, revenue targets, and account health metrics.
• Lead negotiations for contracts related to upsell and cross-sell deals.
• Serve as an escalation point for issue resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing churn risks.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Keyfactor’s products and packaging to align customer entitlements with strategic objectives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide informed recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related experience.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• In-depth understanding of the IT Security landscape and emerging trends.
• Expertise in risk management and security compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of advanced technologies and their effects on the IT Security sector.
• Proven capability to develop and implement high-level strategic plans that drive growth.
• Expertise in the IT Security industry, focusing on market trends and dynamics.
• Experience in selling to Technology companies primarily located on the West Coast.
• Strong indirect leadership skills to inspire and guide teams.
• Ability to represent the company as an ambassador, demonstrating behaviors aligned with core values.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills to effectively tackle complex challenges.
• Up to 40% travel may be required.
