This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +9 more states.
• Lead Leica Biosystems' most substantial, intricate, and strategically vital healthcare clients.
• Take charge of the enterprise growth strategy, revenue performance, and market share enhancement across key healthcare organizations.
• Formulate and implement long-term growth strategies centered on transformational prospects, enterprise collaborations, competitive conversions, and sustained expansion.
• Direct complex strategic endeavors, including enterprise contracts, extensive health system projects, and executive-sponsored initiatives.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite executives and essential stakeholders to influence customer strategy, enterprise decisions, and enduring commercial results.
• Utilize healthcare market knowledge and engage senior leaders along with cross-functional teams to propel complex opportunities, enhance win rates, and achieve ongoing revenue growth and market share increase.
• Report to the Senior Director of Strategic & Corporate Accounts and collaborate as a member of the Strategic Accounts Team.
• Provide support to assigned enterprise clients within the specified geography remotely.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare sales, strategic account management, business development, diagnostics, medical devices, healthcare technology, or capital equipment.
• Proven experience managing large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), health systems, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), academic medical centers, or complex enterprise healthcare clients with notable strategic or commercial influence.
• Capability to persuade C-suite executives and senior enterprise decision-makers within complex healthcare settings and to establish long-term strategic alliances.
• Demonstrated experience in leading intricate enterprise initiatives, system-wide agreements, RFPs, strategic collaborations, or multi-year health system growth strategies necessitating executive sponsorship and cross-functional implementation.
• Strong business acumen in healthcare, encompassing understanding of health system economics, customer value drivers, financial and deal structures, market dynamics, and enterprise decision-making procedures.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel overnight for territory coverage, executive customer interactions, strategic business reviews, internal meetings, and company gatherings.
• Availability for travel ranging from 50–75%.
