This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Manage the technical relationship with design partners and prospects. Drive discovery and solution design to convert interest into enduring adoption.
• Act as a liaison to Product and Engineering by integrating customer feedback and identifying workflow gaps to influence the evolution of the product.
• Collaborate with Sales to create the playbook, establishing positioning, demo narratives, qualification criteria, and competitive framing based on real-world discussions.
• Develop and sustain demo environments, reference architectures, integration prototypes, and sample code that demonstrate the product’s reliability.
• Serve as a peer to senior engineering leaders and executives, providing customized technical workshops and briefings while addressing complex architectural inquiries, security concerns, and RFP-style technical requirements.
• As the product progresses, transition processes and assets to the broader organization, ensuring that the next group of SEs can onboard efficiently.
• Over 7 years of experience in solutions engineering or architecture within a developer tools, platform, or infrastructure company, with a proven record of shared revenue ownership.
• Proficient in coding and scripting to establish integrations. You possess strong knowledge in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD.
• A thorough understanding of how AI is transforming the SDLC. You have practical experience working with AI agents and can discuss prompt optimization and agentic workflows with authority.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and the initiative to provide clarity in unclear scenarios. You are a self-motivated individual who drives results without a predefined playbook.
• Outstanding demo and communication abilities; you can transform an emerging feature into a compelling business outcome for a technical audience.
• Experience managing multiple high-stakes design partners and internal stakeholders at the same time.
• A team-oriented mindset that enables you to work independently while enhancing the capabilities of those around you through shared insights and cross-functional collaboration.
