This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to create and implement solutions for Enterprise clients.
• Work alongside Account Executives throughout the sales process to identify business challenges and align solutions with HR and leadership goals.
• Set up demo environments that showcase the technical and business benefits of Betterworks software.
• Conduct customized product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and solution presentations.
• Illustrate how technical functionalities lead to favorable business results.
• Interpret HR processes into scalable solution configurations.
• Design and oversee sandbox and trial environments.
• Ensure that solutions comply with security, compliance, and IT standards, and assist with InfoSec and procurement evaluations.
• Facilitate early customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to services.
• Provide guidance to HR executives on ROI and outcomes related to engagement, retention, and productivity.
• Offer technical and functional insights during executive briefings, CAB meetings, and Innovation Days.
• Supply market and customer insights to Product Management for roadmap prioritization.
• Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services to guarantee consistent solution delivery and positive customer outcomes.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Enterprise Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Consulting, or Customer Success/professional services within a SaaS organization.
• Strong understanding of relevant HR processes, including talent development, succession planning, skills management, and employee engagement.
• Extensive experience with enterprise SaaS operating systems and HR Tech software.
• Technical expertise in SaaS integrations, including APIs, HRIS, SSO, and collaboration tools.
• Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and business audiences, ranging from IT leaders to CHROs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and influence across various functions.
• A passion for enhancing employee experience and business outcomes through effective performance management.
• Experience in a dynamic startup environment is a plus.
• A background in consulting or enterprise HR technology is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and GDPR is considered beneficial.
• Must comply with information security policies and procedures.
• Must engage in information security awareness and training initiatives.
• Must manage data in accordance with data classification and handling protocols.
• Must report any information security incidents following company policies and procedures.
