Senior Bilingual Corporate Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide emergency assistance to corporate clients through phone, email, and online platforms.

• Manage the issuance, rebooking, and cancellation of airline tickets for both domestic and international travel.

• Coordinate hotel bookings, car rentals, and additional travel services.

• Offer support during critical situations such as flight cancellations, last-minute itinerary changes, missed connections, emergency re-accommodations, and VIP/executive services.

• Operate in alignment with clients' corporate travel policies.

• Engage in negotiations with airlines, hotels, and suppliers.

• Accurately document all service interactions in internal systems.

• Maintain a high standard of quality, efficiency, and problem-solving capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in corporate travel and emergency support services.

• Proficient knowledge of issuing and reissuing domestic and international airline tickets.

• Familiarity with GDS systems: Sabre and/or Amadeus.

• Advanced or fluent English skills for bilingual service provision.

• Willingness to work shifts, be on-call, and accommodate alternative hours.
