This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.
• Design and organize intricate, multi-year enterprise sales agreements exceeding $1M.
• Ensure business sustainability and maintain margin safeguards.
• Lead commercial negotiations with Account Executives in customer-facing roles.
• Communicate value-driven purchasing programs and innovative consumption models.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of order documentation.
• Craft tailored business language and facilitate approvals across Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to pinpoint market growth opportunities.
• Outmaneuver competitors and establish a strong pipeline of high-margin transactions.
• Assist organizations in enhancing digital resilience through Cisco and Splunk’s unified security and observability platform.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategic business development, deal desk, commercial sales operations, or complex deal structuring within enterprise software or SaaS.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in drafting, assessing, and negotiating custom order documents, enterprise contracts, or commercial terms.
• Proficient in evaluating complex software deal structures concerning ARR, TCV, or iACV metrics.
• Direct experience in customer-facing commercial negotiations for transactions over $1M.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in creating and implementing flexible software consumption models, ELAs, or structured purchasing programs.
• Background in FP&A, Pricing Strategy, or Sales Operations analysis within high-growth tech firms.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales Leadership, Product Specialists, and Corporate Legal.
• Practical experience with Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ platforms, and automated contract management systems.
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Management is preferred.
