RN, Bilingual Spanish, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer coaching and support via video and telephone, concentrating on stress, anxiety, depression, and other related challenges.

• Conduct screenings for stress, anxiety, and depression.

• Assess customer health education needs through focused health evaluations.

• Refer customers to Cigna Evernorth clinical or client-specific programs when clinically appropriate.

• Create health improvement plans and personalized, evidence-based goals with customers.

• Assist customers in reaching their health goals and becoming proactive participants in their health outcomes.

• Aid customers in overcoming obstacles to better health.

• Facilitate and support group coaching sessions, wellness challenges, and health-related seminars.

• Utilize biometric data and motivational interviewing techniques to enhance clinical outcomes.

• Collaborate with matrix partners on health and wellness strategies for clients.

• Oversee clinical targets and outcome measurements.

• Formulate action plans that promote clinical value.

• Execute responsibilities within the boundaries of certification or licensure.

• Assist in training or mentoring new employees as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion.

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the relevant state.

• Capability to maintain necessary licensure.

• Compact license or additional state licenses may be necessary.

• Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification.

• At least an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.

• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in a hospital or provider's office environment.

• High-speed internet and a quiet office space in a dedicated location.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Capacity to collaborate professionally with clients and matrix partners.

• Proficient administrative, computer, and software application skills.

• Adaptability and flexibility.

• Willingness to cover multiple time zones if required.

• Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to pass oral and written language assessments.

• Experience in Behavioral Health, particularly stress reduction, is advantageous.

• Experience in Chronic Disease Management is a plus.

• NBHWC certification is a plus.

• Training or experience in motivational interviewing is a bonus.

• A Master’s degree in psychology or a related field is preferred.
