Canada Post Representative – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist customers through phone and live chat regarding delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general service inquiries.

• Handle multiple chat sessions while ensuring responses are within service standards.

• Gradually increase chat concurrency from 1 chat during the initial 2 days, to a maximum of 2 chats from days 3 to 10, and 3 chats starting from day 11 onwards.

• Professionally and empathetically manage incoming calls, maintaining a solution-oriented approach.

• Precisely document customer interactions and adhere to processes while using various tools.

• Adjust to changing customer needs and support requirements across calls, chats, or both, depending on business demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English.

• Capable of answering calls in English between 50% to 80% of the time.

• Typing proficiency of 40+ words per minute with accuracy.

• Availability for full-time work, up to 40 hours each week.

• Must live within the designated hiring area.

• Resident of Québec (specifically in the area associated with the Laval office).

• Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 MBPS.

• A dedicated, quiet workspace that is free from distractions.

• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Skillful in de-escalating and resolving customer issues.

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in customer service is a valuable asset.
