This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver coaching and support to customers through video and telephone, focusing on issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and other related challenges.

• Conduct screenings for stress, anxiety, and depression.

• Determine the health education needs of customers through specific health assessment activities.

• Refer customers to other Cigna Evernorth clinical programs or client-specific programs when clinically appropriate.

• Create health improvement plans and personalized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with customers.

• Assist customers in reaching their health objectives and encourage them to take an active role in their health outcomes.

• Help customers navigate barriers to improved health.

• Organize and promote health and wellness activities, including group coaching sessions, wellness challenges, and health-related seminars.

• Utilize biometric data and motivational interviewing techniques to enhance clinical results.

• Partner with matrix colleagues on health and wellness strategies for aligned clients.

• Take ownership of clinical targets and outcome metrics.

• Create action plans that deliver clinical value for both customers and clients.

• Undertake additional responsibilities within the limits of certification or licensure.

• Provide training or mentorship to new employees as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong clinical competencies with a minimum of 1 year of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion.

• RN designation required, with an active, unrestricted license in the respective state, and the ability to maintain it.

• A compact license or additional state licenses may be necessary, with the ability to maintain them.

• Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification is required.

• At least an Associate’s Degree in Nursing; a Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of RN experience in a hospital or provider’s office setting.

• Access to high-speed internet and a quiet office space in a dedicated location.

• High energy level and dynamic presentation skills are essential.

• Act as a positive role model by demonstrating healthy behaviors.

• A strong passion for health improvement is necessary.

• Capability to work independently.

• A customer-centric approach is required.

• Ability to proactively and professionally collaborate with clients and other matrix partners.

• Proven administrative skills, with strong proficiency in computer and software applications.

• Must be adaptable and flexible to the evolving needs of a growing team.

• Willingness to cover multiple time zones if required.

• Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to pass both oral and written language assessments.
