
Physician, Bilingual – Virtual Urgent Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.
• Deliver exceptional care to patients in a virtual environment.
• Work collaboratively with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on intricate patient cases.
• Conduct follow-ups on laboratory results, imaging studies, and ensure seamless communication with patients and other healthcare providers.
• Utilize remote home monitoring devices, conduct virtual physical examinations, and perform remote point-of-care diagnostics.
• Engage in a team-based care model alongside registered nurses, medical assistants, primary care providers, behavioral health specialists, and clinical supervisors.
• Take part in team huddles, case discussions, and regular service line meetings.
• Offer suggestions to enhance operational processes and product functionalities.
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Report directly to the Medical Director of Virtual Urgent Care.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient urgent care or emergency department settings.
• At least 2 years of experience providing virtual care or telemedicine services.
• Compact license from the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLCC) or eligibility for such a license.
• Possess a full, unrestricted medical license in a Compact member state.
• Openness to obtaining licenses in additional states with the support of the company.
• Preference for active IMLC licenses in Tennessee and Florida, especially with current Letters of Qualification.
• Must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia.
