
Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.
• Oversee and handle incoming marketing inquiries, shared email accounts, and internal request channels.
• Monitor, assess, and assign requests to the relevant team members.
• Ensure visibility into marketing and business development activities for effective prioritization and workflow management.
• Manage tracking systems and tools for marketing requests and project intake.
• Provide logistical assistance for both internal and client-facing events, including venue selection, catering, materials, and communications with attendees.
• Help with hotel arrangements, managing room blocks, and coordinating travel.
• Facilitate firm sponsorships by handling registrations, preparing materials, shipping, and on-site coordination when necessary.
• Create, revise, and format content for the website, attorney bios, practice descriptions, announcements, and other firm-related materials.
• Update and maintain attorney biographies, practice group descriptions, and profile information.
• Refresh website content within the firm's content management system.
• Review content for grammatical accuracy, spelling, style, brand consistency, and adherence to communication standards.
• Assist with newsletters, client alerts, invitations, and other email communications.
• Organize and maintain marketing content libraries, templates, and collateral repositories.
• Coordinate the sourcing, ordering, and delivery of promotional items.
• Manage the inventory of branded materials and monitor their usage.
• Assist with custom promotional item orders and vendor coordination.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and identify budget-friendly solutions.
• Provide administrative and project support for marketing initiatives and events.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to process enhancements and team efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant coursework or internships in marketing, communications, or business are advantageous.
• 1–2 years of experience in a law firm or a professional services setting is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or marketing tools is a plus.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, DC, FL, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MN, MS, MO, NJ, NY, PA, RI, TX, VA, or WI.
