This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Meet individual performance metrics along with monthly and annual search production targets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish strategic goals and objectives.
• Guide team members on best practices to enhance performance.
• Receive and manage escalated client calls appropriately.
• Conduct research and identify potential new business leads through phone and email outreach.
• Arrange in-person meetings and showcase physician recruiting services to C-Suite decision-makers.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with both current and prospective clients.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts aimed at new business acquisition.
• Work in partnership with recruiting teams to manage client relationships and align physicians with specific needs.
• Provide service recommendations and communicate customer feedback effectively.
• Promote services at trade shows.
• Travel regionally, 35-50%, across a multi-state territory.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and present relevant data to clients.
• Counsel clients on conducting searches and meeting healthcare facility staffing requirements.
• Interact with clients via phone, email, and/or text, providing verbal and written confirmations.
• Address and resolve associate and client issues through thorough data analysis, evaluation, and innovative solutions.
• Minimum of 10 years in outside solution sales, or at least 5 years in healthcare staffing sales.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrable success in acquiring new business within the assigned territory.
• Proven ability to confidently present services to clients.
• Consistent employment history with verifiable references.
• A valid driver's license with no significant driving violations.
• Capability to build and nurture business relationships with clients.
• Proficient in managing escalated client calls in a professional and calm manner.
• Professional demeanor and confidence to communicate effectively with medical professionals and hospital executives.
• Ability to achieve results in a high-pressure, time-sensitive, and deadline-driven environment.
• Competence in accurately projecting individual performance.
• Sound judgment in choosing methods and techniques for optimal solutions.
• Ability to handle diverse issues requiring evaluation of business needs.
• Capacity for sustained focus and concentration.
• Excellent skills in prospecting, cold calling, face-to-face presentations, and closing sales.
• Strong interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building abilities are essential.
• Solid organizational and computer skills are required; proficiency in CRM systems is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and complete assignments while traveling.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
• Must be capable of communicating accurately for up to 6 to 8 hours daily.
• Must be able to review emails, web pages, reports, presentations, and other materials either virtually or in person for up to 8 hours per day.
• Willingness and ability to travel 35-50% across a multi-state territory.
• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with potential schedule adjustments including evenings/weekends as necessary.
