Inside Sales Account Executive – West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new opportunities within a designated territory

• Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and successfully close them

• Utilize consignor relationships to secure referrals for additional consignors

• Engage in daily outreach through phone and text, making 50–100 contacts each day

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Review contracts with consignors

• Establish pricing expectations based on extensive knowledge of luxury goods

• Address objections with confidence

• Ensure CRM accuracy and maintain visibility of the sales pipeline

• Achieve performance targets in a sales-driven environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to quickly establish rapport with potential clients and facilitate closures

• Proficiency in G-Suite, Email, Salesforce, and CRM software

• Commitment to full-time work (40 hours per week)

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills

• Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on growth

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday

• Prior experience selling luxury goods and/or services is preferred

• Ability to discuss and advise clients on current fashion trends and developments in the luxury market is preferred
