Field Enablement Specialist, Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create and implement customized, engaging live training sessions and workshops for both new and existing clients.

• Assess customer workflows and onsite operations, tailoring workshops to meet specific requirements.

• Collaborate with the customer education team to develop AI-enhanced training tools and client-specific learning modules.

• Provide actionable insights from field feedback to the training, customer success, and product teams.

• Gather feedback during training sessions and modify the approach in real time.

• Work cross-functionally to advance customer training according to product developments, business objectives, and customer demands.

• Monitor industry trends and best practices in training and onboarding.

• Assist in attracting high-caliber talent to EliseAI.

• Travel to customer sites up to 75% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in conducting sessions fluently in both English and Spanish.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer-facing training, coaching, implementation, or consulting role.

• Experience in converting customer education materials into live, interactive training for varied audiences.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to deliver in-person training sessions with clients.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to articulate complex information clearly.

• Technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly grasp and demonstrate proficiency in our products.

• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and establish oneself as a trusted advisor.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
