
Expansion Account Executive – Emerging Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +6 more locations.
• Take ownership of a designated book of business starting from the post-sale handoff.
• Foster and cultivate relationships with a significant segment of emerging clients who have 300 employees or fewer.
• Recognize and leverage expansion opportunities within current accounts.
• Anticipate customer needs and deliver innovative solutions proactively.
• Showcase metrics and data to illustrate the value, impact, and return on investment (ROI) of solutions.
• Handle client requests, demonstrations, proposals, follow-ups, and other simultaneous tasks efficiently.
• Achieve mastery in sales systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
• Effectively manage the sales pipeline and forecast monthly and quarterly expansion opportunities with an accuracy of +/- 15%.
• Document customer interactions, deals, and progress promptly and accurately.
• Contribute with an entrepreneurial startup mindset to enhance client retention and expansion.
• At least 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales closing position.
• Proven success in managing a high volume of prospects while promoting product adoption.
• Strong analytical capabilities and presentation skills.
• Proficient in conveying data-driven insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Established ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations.
• Flexibility and comfort in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving sales environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams.
• A positive, passionate, and creative mindset that aligns with company values.
• Eagerness to improve through coaching and a desire to learn about customers’ industries.
• A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg, or similar sales technologies.
• Experience in startup and entrepreneurial environments.
• Background in CMMS or facility operations software.
• Documented success in remote work settings.
